Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

The trigger on our Dyson stick vacuum broke and the Dyson service center wanted us to replace the entire motor/charger for almost $400. We live out of town but decided to call Kirby to see if they could do a same day fix. He told us that they knew how to fix the issue and even offered to mail our vacuum back to us. It was fixed in a few days and he mailed it back to us for a grand total of $75. They cleaned it well and it worked perfectly. Amazing!

This place is so thorough and reasonal prices. They also sell vacuums which would be in better shape than what you'd buy in stores. They back up with their services if any issues with your vacuums. Such nice people. That's where I go and trust them.

Steven was fantastic!!!.... He knew I desperately needed my vaccuum fixed..as we will be moving soon, so He took care of it right away and cleaned it up like new - while i waited!!..They also have a great selection of used machines as well..HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!!!
