Integrity is their bottom line. This company was so nice and so helpful in a time of stress! I'm in CA and called them in IL regarding a potential biohazard clean-up situation at my parents' house and they came out the next day. They were so honest-- said that their help was really unnecessary and suggested what needed to be done. They called me back in CA and offered to take care of it if I wanted them to. What I really needed was some piece of mind, and they gave me that by providing a home visit, free of charge, and then communicating with me in a different time zone. Living far away from aging parents is hard sometimes. I'm grateful to this company for their help!

I called Blaze Inc. at 2:13A.M my Moms fire alarm went off the security company called me. I arrived since I don’t live there and the water heater caught on fire lucky the fire was contained inside water heater. The basement however was flooded damaging the carpet, drywall, furniture, smoke damage etc. the Men at Blaze we’re there that morning after being at a job all night at a job sight we’re they were restoring a property that caught fire. Within 48 hours I was told water damages wallsand floors have to be dry out or mold sets in. Within 7 hours of my call they were there after being at a job / hours out of the Quad cities!!!!
