Black Tie's team was easy to talk to from beginning to end of the process. They replaced the floors at home and ran into a obstacle left from the past owners and worked through the problem as professionals should. The floors at my school went smoothly and so fast. I had a wonderful experience working with Black Tie Remodeling. They ran new outlets and mounted my TV on the wall. I also had a bathroom completed gutted and remodeled. Kristian is easy to work with, has great communication and will do what is needed to have a happy customer. He hires professionals who are excellent at what they do. We used Black Tie for our kitchen remodel. In addition to our kitchen, I asked them to replace our stair case spindles and give our entry way a facelift. Kristian has been so responsive every step of the way. The team that worked on our kitchen has been amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they’ve always been so good at explaining things to me. Our kitchen has been transformed and is going to look so beautiful once fully finished.
