The 4 stars is for the 2 installers, Tony and John. who are both exceptional and knowledgeable of their craft. The 1 star deduction is for Nzinga and Jason of Transform SR Home Improvement Products LLC Nzinga handled my entry door purchase. I asked her for an itemization of the project, such as, actual cost of door, labor costs, etc. She sent a document that did not show itemization. Again. I asked her for an itemization not just the total but received only the total of project again. This lack of transparency bothers me. I ordered my storm door through Jason . Sears outsourced a company by the name of Transform. Very nice people. Lucasz came for the consultation, Mike B was the project coordinator, and Peter was the installer. They were all very nice although it took forever to get my doors. Peter was the absolute best! He took his time and made sure that everything was near perfect when he left. Very nice person! If you get doors, get him to install. Wonderful work and attitude!Service: Door installation
