I wish I could give this RIDICULOUS CARELESS office and dr a negative stars, I suffer from conditions that I can not hold a pregnancy for long without progesterone, Dr KNOWS THIS, I've had 3 miscarriages since I've been seeing him due to this gross careless behavior, I have a fault positive tests, going on vacation in 2 days and don't want to risk the DEVASTATION of ANOTHER MISCARRIAGE. They told me OBGYN DON'T confirm pregnancies... like WHAT. THAT'S YOUR JOB. she said wait WEEKS and when a get a positive yes with the word test to call back and then I'll get an OB appointment... I'm just so absolutely disgusted and I hope that lady gets the karma she deserves.

We recently delivered our baby in April 2024, and our experience with this OBGYN office and the associated hospital was extremely disappointing. My wife was induced due to being told the baby was measuring very large, but he was actually 2 pounds under the estimate. This miscalculation led to unnecessary stress and complications. Following the induction, my wife experienced numerous complications, yet the surgeon who performed her C-section never visited her again during her 12-day hospital stay, which included two trips to the ER and an eventual readmission. Despite our repeated requests, we did not receive any follow-up from the surgeon for eight days. Instead, we had to interact with various doctors from South Suburban Medical Group, none of whom were familiar with her case. Every day, we had to re-explain the situation and advocate for the care she needed, but our concerns were often dismissed. Rather than addressing her physical complications, the doctors focused on postpartum depression and suggested psychiatric medications. Adding to our frustration, at the 6-week follow-up appointment, the surgeon incorrectly noted that my wife had a vaginal delivery when she had actually undergone a C-section. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Overall, the lack of coordination and communication within the practice was deeply troubling. We have decided to leave this practice and seek care elsewhere. We hope this review serves as constructive feedback and encourages improvements in patient care and communication.

Delivered my 2nd child here and had a good experience. However, the Dr I enjoyed the most left. Came back for my 3rd pregnancy which ended up with a loss at 20 weeks. They did no further testing, just told me these things happen and we often don’t get answers. Called them back when I was pregnant again, they told me they couldn’t get me in until I was 14 weeks! When I told them my past and that I wasn’t comfortable waiting that long they bumped me to 12 weeks and told me they’re only required to see me within first 12 weeks. Seriously?
