I did not use this vet because they were too busy, but they did tell me of another vet mallards point that had openings that day. I was in a panic and an emergency. Thank you so much to Minooka animal Hospital. I’m sorry I could not come to you, but I do appreciate you referring me to Mallard point I cannot thank you enough and I’m sure you’re a great vet, please keep caring
BEWARE OF PRICE GAUGING - Minooka Aminal Hospital. I was told I needed a prescription for my kitten which I gladly went to pick up. The bill was $100. A few minutes after leaving I did a little research and found that these are available elsewhere and that a prescription is not required. I can get the same exact items elsewhere for HALF the price. I totally understand that markups are to be expected but at 100%?!?! I called immediately and was told that I could not come back for a refund and that I would have to wait for the office manager to call me. Definitely would recommend this hospital! On Monday October 4, Pebbles woke up with an infection and they were able to get her in at 12:30! Explained everything that she was doing, treatment and follow up! Would definitely recommend Dr Jayma, thank you!! Dawn Vaughn
