I noticed a brief clicking sound from a/c when air kicked on and the outside fan was blowing cool air. A/C unit is about 14 months old. I described these symptoms to Duane this morning and he knew what it was before he even arrived. He replaced capacitor within 10 minutes and resolved the problem. That’s great service!!

I highly recommend Duane and his team. They were fast to come out and diagnose my issue, gave me a VERY reasonable price for a new unit, and got it installed a week earlier than expected. Call Dow. You won't be disappointed.
