I had flooring and tiling done last winter and initially thought it was a great job until the step trim immediately came off. I had difficulty getting them back to fix our problem. But they have since done the repairs. I am happy that they were able to restore our trust in their reliability and quality service.

TJ and his crew did a great job with the installation of my floors and backsplash. And they completed the project in a reasonable time. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would use this company again.

Edward was our salesperson and Vern our installer. Both were professional and provided excellent customer service. Edward was able to show a variety of carpeting at our price point and was patient in explaining the differences. Vern completed the installation according to our schedule without any issues. Went in quickly and looks beautiful. Thank you! Will definitely recommend Traditional Floors.
