While waking up in the middle of the night to clean up water in my basement on the eve of my birthday wasn't ideal, Joe showed up and fixed our problem and explained thoroughly what was going on, the process he was taking, and what we can expect in the future/steps to take. Hope was courteous when answering my Monday morning 8am call and scheduled Joe to come out to address a drain clog. Joe was at the house within 1-1/2hrs and had the pesky clog cleared within 40 minutes. Timely and professional.

I call these this company to have a drain unclogged, the person I spoked to told me that the price would be $256.00 per hour, but if it did not take an hour, it would be less. The person that came to do the work was here for less than a half hour. I was still charged $256.00. Which means that they lied to me. Do not use this company for afterhours service.
