“While we were on vacation out West our a/c went out, luckily our oldest was home. My husband called Fiers owner, Ira Hancock, Monday morning. Owen Hancock came by Monday, then called to tell us we needed a new compressor. They did a rush order bc they knew we’d be back home Thursday night.
