Very responsive and good communication. Price seemed to be right in line with what i was estimating. Great product and quality install. Special order product and still got it pretty quick. I will use CIGM again!
I really appreciated the extra mile Mike and his crew went to repair my mom's back door window recently. It's hard to find services in rural central Illinois, but my I landed on Central, Illinois Glass's website after my first Google search. After a short phone call and some measurements, Mike was able to lay out a timeline of what he needed to do to order the glass, drive the distance to Havana, and install the new safety glass. This was a 3-way repair order that originated in St. Louis, to Mike in Metamora, Illinois, and finished up a week later in Havana, Illinois, and everything went very well without a hitch! I have used Central Illinois Glass multiple times for broken glass in windows. They do great work! I will keep using them and recommend them to anyone I know that requires their service.
