Nick does extremely good work. He is efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work and communicate with. He has great opinions and advice on what could be done/improved. Will always use Nick for my handy-man projects!

I have used 360 Property Services on more than one occasion and every time Nick has over delivered in both craftsmanship and customer service. He installed some flooring and doors for my rental properties on a short notice and did a great job at a fair price. I also hired him for a lawn project moving dirt around for a retaining wall and lastly he bailed me out replacing my sewer lines just in time when tree roots had fractured a portion of the main line. Highly recommend!
