I had a great experience with the fence store. The estimator Larry B. was extremely polite to deal with and answered all my questions. He had alot of knowledge and seemed very organized. We came up with a plan for a 140ft fence plus a gate for my yard. His price was better than the 3 other quotes that I had. I signed the contract and easily got the permit. The crew of 3 came out on the scheduled date, Tommy was the head guy and very polite and his crew got the entire job done in 6 hours. It looks PERFECT. All the needed from me was a power outlet and a garden hose. They were very nice and cleaned up everything. I will be using them in the future for the other side of my house for the same style fence. Great Job!!
The Fence Store installed a wooden fence around our entire property in 2006. We had some problems with the first crew that they sent to do the work but they rectified that by sending a top-flight crew to complete the work. Fast foward 6+ years and a post running along the alley side of our property rots out and needs to be replaced. We argue that the installation was defective because the cement for the post was well below ground level and the owner gets involved with resolving things. While he refuses to replace the rotten parts he does meet us halfway and do the replacement work for cost. Given the fact that a number of years had passed since the first work was done, this seemed like a reasonable compromise. Later, when the work was done the owner made a point to come out to check on the work and whether or not we were satisfied. Conclusion: The Fence Store can do good work and they are responsive to complaints but it's a good idea to keep on top of their work.
