I had the pleasure of working with the owner, Chris, and his assistant, Ray. Both were extremely professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. My home was built in the 60s, so dealing with old ductwork and tight crawl spaces wasn't easy, but they handled everything with patience and expertise.
A previous company had installed an expensive system that wasn't the right fit, and Chris and Ray addressed the situation professionally without criticizing anyone.
