Attended their open house recently and had a great time checking the place out. The facility looked clean and had a great flow of where the workout spaces were located. If you are looking for a local fitness center, I would stop on by and get a tour.
My son and I are regular there and always have a good experience. There is plenty of variety of machines and they are always in good working order. Also, the staff is very friendly and do a great job of keeping it clean. So I feel safe there working out.
Small place but hardly anyone here ... They have everything and the price substantially low.... especially for Melrose Park residents....even if you're not a resident (my golly) you pay less then other gym's.....one time payment for the whole year....no hidden fees, my gosh what a gem... read full review
