They are just simply amazing. I went there for an exam and then took my parents! Both doctors were amazing! They were patient with my partners because I had to translate. They took time with them and explained everything!!! Extra exams are worth it!!!
Jacob is an optician (at the desk.). He finished his ABOE certification. He is always thorough and considerate. He's caught other Tech's errors in my glasses. Never makes a big deal out of. He just improves my vision!
Dr. Bellen takes her time, asks thoughtful questions, it makes you feel at home immediately. I found her to be kind, smart, and with a good sense of humor. I was in and out efficiently for my eye exam, but I was not rushed. from making the appointment, to giving my insurance, to checking out, I felt I was well taken care of and in good hands. I would highly recommend doctor Belen to anyone and everyone.
