Grassers just replaced our old furnace and central air unit along with adding 2 vents to rooms in the house that did not have anything, some duct work needed to be done as well. From the first phone call to set up an appointment for an estimate we had excellent service. After the estimate appointment we received the bids later that evening. Once decided and the ball got rolling the project took about 2 weeks to start. A 2 day project turned into 2 & 1/2 days due to some unforseen issues, but the project manager called me to make sure it was okay. Very reasonably priced!

First time customer with grassers and couldn’t be happier. Had two non emergency issues and they responded right away, gave me options and completed my repairs within two days for a fair price. Workers were professional, pleasant, neat and did quality work. Office personnel were informative and worked with me to set up appointments. Great experience and will definitely be using them again for all my hvac and plumbing needs
