I moved to Wonder Lake a couple of weeks ago from Chicago, so when Snowball became very ill, I panicked. Thankfully, your wonderful manager was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called. I can't thank you enough for saving Snowball. Needless to say, my other fur-babies will be visiting soon!

Dr. Carlson and staff are the best and caring staff. Dr. is upfront, honest and caring about your animal. I appreciate his kindness and straight forward communication. His staff is accommodating and able to help you anyway they can. They always have a smile on their faces. The groomer does excellent work with my large furry dog. I love all their services and personally would recommend them.
