We are moving to Grafton from Fargo and were referred to Pro Tech to complete our inspection. With a VA loan, it is extremely important that our inspection is completed with great detail to avoid getting flagged in the VA appraisal. Our inspection was done with great detail, and efficiently. From the time we had scheduled our inspection, had it completed and received our report back, was less than a week! It was nice to have our inspection report back within a few hours of having it completed! Highly recommend!! Thank you Austin & team!
