The company was very good on communication, on helping us get our roof approved and answering any question regarding the roof. I was also very impressed on the efficiency of the installers and the clean up was excellent!
Finally...after 3.5 years of dealing with my insurance company because of roof damage, New American Home Improvement had a representative stop by. He advised me that they have a private adjuster who works with insurance company's. The adjuster worked with my insurance company and fought for me and showed more damage leading to total replacement coverage. I dealt with other company's to start a new claim but no one responded. New American Home Improvement responded the very next day and I am pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend!!
Our house took a hit from the hail storm in the Chippewa Valley. We ended up going with New American Home Improvement. Though we had to pay for about 2/3 of the roof out of pocket (CHECK YOUR POLICIES Y'ALL), they were able to get the most that we could from insurance to help us out. They were very helpful along the way.
