McHenry Heating and Air has been my first choice HVAC and Plumbing for my home and rental properties. I tried many in the area before them and they are the best and have been using them for last several years. Recently had an HVAC emergency call at 10 pm and technician worked until 2 am to get the furnace going. Service calls and installations have always been affordable and they can't be beat with how they back up what they do. Same for the plumbing side of the business which I also call them for (wish plumbing had weekend hours but you can't have everything).
My AC broken in the middle of the hot summer. Mchenry Heating was recommended to me and they were very quick to respond. The individual who came to quote me was very great! The installer who completed my installation for a new AC and furnace was excellent. He answered all my questions, reassured me the whole time and even cracked a few jokes with me during this stressful time. I was very happy with the interactions I had with all the staff members of this company. FIVE STARS is not enough, they deserve more.
It was a good thing we had our furnace checked out early this fall. Jason, our technician, showed us pictures on his phone of what could soon develop into a dangerous problem. He was very thorough in his explanation of the danger and our choices for a new Trane furnace. The installation was scheduled for the next day. Neil and Lucas, our installers, arrived promptly and worked diligently without disturbing our household. We are pleased with our new furnace. We recommend McHenry Heating & Air.
