Alex did a good job installing our sump pump in a timely manner and reviewed his work before he left. Due to a number of emergency calls , our original morning appointment had to be rescheduled to the mid-afternoon. Overall we feel a good job and an ok value Time will tell how the pump performs.

Very quick and professional...sump pump gave out, getting water in, they were out in about 2 hours and got new pump and battery back up in next day. Pretty pricey and some would argue maybe more than I really needed but will not have to worry about it for long time and excellent warranty. Really top tier service and installation. Highly recommended!

Our technician, Edgar Herrara, was great. He arrived on-time, was professional in all ways, took the time to explain the specific problems I was experiencing with my sump pump system, and offered solutions that were realistic and cost effective. He performed the work quickly and left the work area clean and neat. I had a very positive experience with Mr. Herrara and would highly recommend him and J. Blanton Plumbing.
