Abbi is the best there is. She really knows here stuff and what I love the most is how she finds the pain spots without me having to tell her and she gets those spots feeling great! I had a deep tissue massage with Nicole. It was amazing. She listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to work on problem areas. She also used cups to help with a few problem areas. I had been having lower back pain for over 2 weeks and I felt immensely better after our session. I couldn't recommend her enough. Will definitely be going back!
