Nicki is outstanding! She listened to my concerns and we worked on those concerns. What I like best about this facility is that the therapist stays with you for your hour appt. They observe and correct if necessary!

The staff is phenomenal. Very caring and great personalities. They try to make it a little fun with a great sense of humor yes. I came in with a lot of pain from having surgery and I have improved tremendously. I don’t have a single complaint. I am so glad that I chose Illinois bone and joint physical therapy. Hopefully when I’m done, I won’t have to come back, but if I had to have it again,it definitely would be here.

On time; courteous, caring, and effective therapy. Saw Lori for foot recently and last year for different foot issue and her care is stellar. All the therapists and assistants are awesome.
