This was a scheduled appointment. I appreciated that they had emergency hours if I had needed them. It has been hot and they showed up within the window they had said, which is appreciated. The repair was quick. The issue was explained to me in terms I understood, which is always appreciated. And that was it. Done. Thanks for the visit, guys. The AC is working great. :)
The service person was on time and friendly. He explained what was necessary to do to repair our air-conditioning unit and did it in a timely manner and explained the option of a replacement unit versus doing the repair.

We hit the jackpot with this company!!
We called Dave two summers ago to recharge our air conditioner and he was here the same day!
Another recharge last summer and the same, quick service.
In November, the furnace abruptly stopped working and Dave was here in 20 minutes. He took the time to show us with his camera where a tear in the metal was and explain our options but was also able to make a quick fix that day to tide us over.
