My wife and I are spoiled gym wise and when we came to visit family in McHenry we were not going to take time off so we looked at all of the gyms here.
By quite some margin Fitness 120 is the nicest, cleanest and friendliest gym. All the equipment is new and really well maintained. The staff is sweet, kind and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong.
I highly recommend Fitness 120. Their staff is great- always welcoming you with a smile or wishing you a great day on the way out. They’ve been expanding their services- more space, more wellness options like saunas and they’re getting a red light therapy bed the start of 2026.
I like that they listen to their clients and make adjustments to help them out. Stopped by for a workout while out of town, this place is awesome. Quality equipment everywhere!!!! Equipment for all stages of lifters. Super clean. Thank you for letting us work out there
