Very thorough and friendly! Update**After living here for a year and having many professionals come in and look at plumbing, have, and a few other things at various points and every single one asked who was your home inspector??!! He was been horrible! I'm not sure I should have used him..
Knew his stuff, was very helpful with questions and suggestions, and got to the point. For the quality of service he provided, I was not expecting such a great price. The home buying process is stressful enough, so make sure you get a qualified inspector like Mr. Dinkelman to get the unexpected out of the way.
When I set up the appointment Ted was able to get me scheduled on short notice and I greatly appreciated his responsiveness.He was at the site on time and did a thorough job answering my questions along the way and sharing details of the home that he thought would be important for me to know as the future owner.I would absolutely use Dinkelman Home Inspections in the future.
