Brennan took a look at the project and was able to come up with different options for me to get it done. He explained exactly what was needed and how he was going to accomplish it afterwards, he talked about some future projects that I will need to consider for the house. He was even good with my dogs!

On 11/10/20 a severe storm came through which made me take cover in the basement, while down there I heard water dripping and quickly noticed that water was coming out of the fuse box, the main breaker was immediately turned off and I called Black Diamond for emergency services.
Kyle from Black Diamond came out on 11/10/20 did investigate where the water was coming from and it was found to be that the A/C disconnect was fed by flexible metal conduit from panel all the way to the exterior disconnect, the treading on this conduit acted like a funnel or waterslide for the water to come right into the home.
