Our furnace of 15years+ went bad and we called American Comfort Central. We had two options fix the inducer or replace the furnace completely. I decided to get it replacd with a new one since its lived its life. I like to have a peace of mind and not do a minor fix on my old furnace. I call Ed and my experience and communication went really well. This company has excellent customer service. Ed, and his two techs John and Kade who installed the new furnace were very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and straight to work.
