I just had a terrible experience with your organization! I called this morning to make an appointment for a simple stove exhaust hood installation. Jasmine answered the phone and was very unprofessional. She didn't even acknowledge that I had actually reached Countryside Electricians until I asked 2 times. That was the beginning of a horrible experience. She finally begrudgingly scheduled an appointment for today, July 7th between 11:00 and 12:00. My time is valuable so I called a little after the scheduled time to see why a) no one showed up as scheduled, and b) no one bothered to contact me to explain that they would be late.
