“I came here for stitches and ended up finding my new PCP! From the check in process Karina, Maria and Kenia were so kind & attentive to me. Saira was the provider who gave me the stitches and she was kind, gentle and patient with me. English is not my first language and these ladies made sure I understood the entire process. The only downfall was when I came back to get my stitches removed- I saw provider Nayeli and she was not kind, patient or attentive. If anyone comes here, don’t accept to be seen by her, trust me!“

“Dr. Szczerba is a very talented plastic surgeon with an awesome bedside manner. Meeting him and learning about his process has been life changing. He has an abundance of knowledge and experience. I know this from my own personal experience, as well as from my husband who works in the medical field. My husband has observed and worked with many plastic surgeons from across the Midwest for over 20 years and highly recommends Dr. Szczerba. He is an artist and is very concerned about all aspects of his work, including making his patients feel comfortable. The office staff is amazing as well. From the nurses to the women at the front desk, everyone is always helpful and friendly. This is why when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I knew Dr. Szczerba would be the one to perform my reconstruction surgeries.Because I was so happy with the outcome from my reconstruction, I decided to have a tummy tuck and lipo a year later. I waited for 15 years after three c-sections to make this decision. I wasn’t at my ideal weight, which would have given me even better results, but I realized that may never happen and life was passing me by. My body and appearance affected everything and I missed out on a lot of experiences and photo opportunities waiting to lose weight. After having a discussion with one of the nurses and then Dr. Szczerba, I decided it was time. Best decision I ever made! I felt he went above and beyond expectations in office visits as well as the actual surgery. We discussed all aspects beforehand and I felt very comfortable with what the surgery day would entail as well as the recovery. I could call him anytime 24/7 with any concerns I was having after the procedure. The nurses were great before and after surgery and I felt very prepared for the recovery.I will say again that this has been life changing for me. The results of this surgery have given me the confidence to do so many things I haven’t done in years. I am now more motivated than ever to continue down a healthier path. Even though I am still not at the ideal weight, I have gone down at least two sizes in clothing and feel so much better about myself. I cannot recommend Dr. Szczerba and his staff enough. I wish I had made this decision sooner!“

“I spent a total of 6 months in Physical Therapy under the care of PT, DPT CERT DN Gene Kruhly, and was very happy with his professionalism, communication skills, and physical skill in rehabbing me back to over 95% recovery. I can’t say higher because I’m not done yet. I have dealt with several other rehabilitations and this was the best. His skill and care will not be forgotten.“
“Diane is a true master of her craft. Her office isn't new, and she uses floral sheets for her beds sometimes (which I love), which can give the vibe of getting Accupuncture in your grandma's house, but don't let that fool you. Diane is a true healer. At one point, I had strained my neck so bad I couldn't move it to one side - literally could not. After one session with Diane, I was almost as good as new. I still had a little soreness, but I could move it and without pain! Go!“

“Dr. Wendy Foster is my primary care physician, and I've seen Linda, the nurse practitioner, and a couple other physicians in the practice (Dr. Mary Schraufnagel, and there was a man whose name I can't remember, but he was cool) when needing to get in urgently. Dr. Foster is an internist, and she does annual well-woman exams. Since I'm done having children and no longer require a specialist for obstetric stuff, my physician is my one-stop shop. Yay! I have never had a complaint about the physicians, the nurses, the staff, the lab techs, the billers, parking, etc. I love this practice. Very nice people all around.“
