Just received a tattoo from Jay and I couldn’t be more happy! The experience was incredible. He was so welcoming and fun to chat with! His work is amazing and he is light handed. I can’t wait to get back in there for some more work from him ASAP! 10/10 would recommend! The environment is clean safe and comfortable. This is my new favorite spot and it’ll be yours too.
