Our neighbor across the street had a fence put in and I was amazed at how fast they completed the job and great it looked, so we ended up getting them to replace our fence. They handled everything from the permits, zoning, tear down, and installation. The job was done quickly and it looks amazing. There are a couple of things I would say needs improvement. The communication is a bit lacking, took a few phone calls sometimes to get some answers. We have used Brook's Creek on two different fencing jobs. The first was an aluminum fence for our dog 40' x 100' in the back. The second was a cedar fence down the property line. The crew chief was the same on both jobs and he, as well as the workers, were very professional as well as working fast and continuously. They cleaned up after the job and helped with the dirt removed from the post holes. I highly recommend this company! I have recommended this company to 3 of the neighbors in our addition and all there have purchased fencing from them.

I first reached out in January 2022. They were not easy to reach even after leaving a message and sending an email. I reached out again around the end of March and everything went smooth. They came out and looked at the area told me what was needed (as they came in and took over from another who left me high n dry), and we made plans with an estimated start date.Due to some ridiculous neighborhood restrictions, I called a few weeks later to make a change order and all was good.
