This is a wonderful place to take your pet for health care. The staff is friendly, the offices in both Charleston and Mattoon locations are very clean and the care given to your animals health and well-being is clearly their mission. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend you give them a call if you care about the standard of health care your pet receives.
They were able to get me in same day! I travel to Mattoon and bring my dogs. Ended up needing to get one of my babies seen while traveling. They were so accommodating and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. It really means something to a pet owner when the entire office actually act like they love animals too. As much as I travel to the area I am honestly considering making them my primary vet. Can't say enough how pleased I am with the thorough care they gave my boy ❤️ They are also very reasonably priced.
Great place. Doc was very happy and had no anxiety about being there. The staff was so helpful and courteous. It was my first time there. All of my questions and concerns were answered and alleviated. I would have no concern going back there at all. I was also pleased with the bill as I was expecting to pay more, but it was a lot less. 5 star place. Clean and Gteat Environment for Doc and Me.
