I got my Oriental Shorthair cat spayed here yesterday, I could not have been happier with how it went, this place is a well oiled machine, efficient, organized, clean, helpful...every single person I dealt with was professional and lovely. Low cost does not mean low quality. It's literally all they do..day in..day out so they are quite the experts. I will always get my pets spayed and neutered here from now on!
First, their drop off set up was highly efficient. Staff started processing drop offs several minutes prior to the earliest time listed. The wait to drop my cat off was minimal.
Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and appeared very caring towards the animals.
The aftercare instructions were very clear, and they even send you a quick YouTube video to go over all of it.
But okay also, the price. This is by far the least expensive option I found for getting my little boy neutered.
Love this facility. Everyone I have encountered has been super friendly and professional. Alot of reviews speak about how organized they are - they are absolutely correct in making a point of that. They really are. I like how easy they make it for us bringing in someone for a spay/neuter, and the process of drop off. I've always had a very positive experience with the cats that I brought in for their spay/neuters. Good recovery.Very thankful for this service and the excellent staff.
