“I injured my back in 1998 and was very scared and reluctant to have anyone do anything to me I was lost in pain so much that I couldn't walk more than 10 ft and had to lay down. I suffer this pain until I went to frankfort physical therapy and seen Dr ryba. We came up with a plan together..can you believe that a Dr let me have input on my recovery and treatment. It was amazing to me too be treated this way because for some 4 years everyone else I seen was in it for the insurance ECT. But Dr ryba was different he cared and built my trust and in doing so my back through his guidance got so good I went back to the softball field and making love to my wife, and chasing my kids and playing with them. If you are scared and uncertain as I was make an appointment you will find the difference here that they listen and care about you as a person, a father, mother, 2 sons and a daughter run this place and they treat you like family. “I don't really write any reviews but I had to write this one. Dr Reyes was INSTRUMENTAL in my healing process. I had a neck pain that resulted in tingling and numbness down my right arm and progressed pretty fast. When I went to my doctor they suggest surgery off the bat. My other Nurse Practitioner suggested physical therapy instead. I went for about 5 sessions and I have full functionality of my right arm with no numbness or tingling. Dr. Reyes is also a great personality and listens very well when you speak to him. He is very mindful of your limitations and also gives great insight as to what you can do to get better in the long run. The office is very professional and clean, they have a great atmosphere and ambiance. The Physical Therapy Coordinator is very nice and she always provide a welcoming energy. I would definitely go there again and refer all my friends to go.“

“To respond to the woman's review below... while I feel anyone can post whatever they like, it would be best to at least get the facts clearly stated before bashing this clinic. Your daughter was in need of my help. She forgot to bring in her insurance cards on her initial visit, so it's impossible to tell her what the benefits are without the card. I treated her anyway, as she was in significant pain. When she returned for her follow up, we were able to see her insurance cards and you were informed that we would verify benefits the following day. By your third visit the benefits were given, and since I was out of network, the benefits were different than if I was in network. The insurance covered my practice, just at a different rate. When you decided to end care that day, we allowed you to have a payment plan without hesitation. It only works when we actually get paid a reasonable payment in a responsible time frame. Collections didn't occur until 7 months later, after failure to respond to several letters and/or phone calls. You can have your opinions, but please don't lie in an attempt to smear me. You will never meet a doctor who cares more than I do.“
