“After having the same HVAC person for over 20 years, he referred all his customers to Sun Ray upon his retirement. My furnace went out a week before 0 degree temps were expected. The furnace was installed 1 day before the temp dropped. Two techs did the installation and worked almost 8 hours non stop to re-work the ancient piping, connections, removal, etc. it was about 15-20 degrees in the garage and they were still cheerful! I had a 25+ year old AC that was replaced the next spring. John came out and I didn't feel any pressure. He explained what they did, what they could install and financing arrangements per my request. We don't live close to the office but they still come out to help people in my village. All of the techs have been professional, explain everything slowly, in easy to understand language.“

Jeff was super quick with his response to my call and said someone would be out, same day and hottest day of the year so far, to get us going. “I received quality service within 24 hours of submitting my home warranty service claim. The tech immediatedly phoned me after submitting my online claim. My service appointment had a two hour arrival window, which was satisfied. The tech covered his feet before entering my home. That was great especially since it was damp outside. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house. Got everything taken apart, cleaned and put back together. Excellent communication with what they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns, let me know what times they would be there and also worked around my schedule. I cannot express how awesome they were. If I ever have an unfortunate event like this again, I most certainly will be calling them again. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else!“
