“I highly recommend Pete and his crew from SWS. We had major storm damage and decided to go with the Google reviews as opposed to the dozens of contractors that came door-to-door. There are four reasons I'd recommend SWS: 1) Communication - the owner Pete gave me his cell phone and responded immediately day or night with any questions we had; very easy to schedule both roof and gutters and always responsive; 2) Care/Quality - We have an in-ground pool and bar setup near the house; Pete came by the day before the roof install with his crew to personally ensure everything was well-protected from nails and the related debris that comes with any roofing job - everything was protected and the cleanup was very well done; his foreman Nick was also a true professional and took pride in his crew doing high quality work 3) Details - Pete and team handled the permitting very quickly and we were one of the first houses completed (others waited months for permits). When we were picking out shingles, it was hard to make a decision based on the brochures, so he gave us multiple addresses in the area with the actual shingles we had narrowed down to. Once we saw them the decision was easy; 4) Honesty - we had a pre-approved claim from insurance and shared openly it with Pete. He could have taken full advantage but instead was very honest and fair in what was billed. He also got the paperwork in quickly to insurance which helped in getting the claim processed. I highly recommend SWS.“

“Uncovered water damage & mold. Bobby came out within 24 hours to check everything out and had a plan of attack. He uses great contractors, very knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house. Got everything taken apart, cleaned and put back together. Excellent communication with what they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns, let me know what times they would be there and also worked around my schedule. I cannot express how awesome they were. If I ever have an unfortunate event like this again, I most certainly will be calling them again. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else!“

“24/7 Seured Board up is a great company very professional as well as very helpful does awesome work, just to comment on a review I noticed about nails the company uses nail guns to nail up wood so there are no loose nails at all ,everything is cleaned up as they move along would Highly recommend!!“

“Had our basement flood from a broken ejector pump. Nat Cat was assigned to us from our insurance. I couldn’t be happier. They redid the whole basement flooring and all the walls in around 2 weeks. July 4th was in there so it could have been even faster!!! their work is the fastest and best around. Even my contractor friends were impressed. Everyone is courteous and polite and they clean up multiple steps along the way. John didn’t make you feel like a customer he had you feel like you hired your buddy to do the remodel. Everything looks seamless and streamline. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My only regret is I didn’t call them as soon as the basement flooded so they could do the mitigation. “We had water in our finished basement from a leak. Our carpet and furniture (and the items in our storage closets) were saturated. My husband called Serv Pro and they came out the same day and sucked out all the water. They moved our furniture around and set up fans and dehumidifiers. We had a dumpster delivered and they helped us go through everything. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about how to dry and clean everything and they worked with our insurance. It turned out to not be as bad as I thought it would be, and cleanup was way quicker than I expected. I would use them again.“

“The service that was provided by Daniel and Brandon were outstanding they were on time, polite, and very thorough during the inspecting my roof, which was damaged in a recent storm. Daniel and Brandon explained the inspection process step-by-step of what they were doing and how they were going to secure my roof from further damages, they installed tarps to the portion of roof that was was damaged. They took and showed pictures of my 2 story home roof of wind and hail damage. At the end of their inspection as a home owner I felt like they did an excellent job and that I was in good hand.
