Brian was really great. I called him because my AC stopped blowing cool air and he was at my house in 15 min. He changed out my thermostat and showed me how to ensure that my system is maintained and how to save money on my bill.
He checked in with me throughout the day to see if the air was cooling down. Unfortunately it wasn't, but he did come back the very next morning and found the part that was the issue and immediately fixed it. After that he also checked the freon levels.
Brian was was knowledge, friendly, and helpful. Not only is my AC fixed and it's cool now, but I'm back to being cold all the time!

Brian is the best! Called him late Thursday night. He was at my house at 9 the next morning. Has the a/c fixed super quick and even suggested other things to help us save money and have the a/c run more efficiently. AWESOME GUY!
My mom has Multiple Sclerosis and heat is her worst enemy. Our A/C went out and the heat in the house went too over 80 degrees. Brian came out within a couple hours of me calling, even though I had woken him up. He came right out and figured out the problem, and fixed the unit. He also took the time to teach me how to not let that happen again. I will only use this company from now on. I highly recommend Brian and his company The Heating & Cooling Guy.
