I have used this company a few times. The best in price and quality. I had Joe the last 2 times and he has been amazing! I had to reschedule my initial appointment and they got me right back in as soon as I needed. Joe arrived perfectly on time, remembered details from the last cleaning. And was very nice and professional. My carpet was dry in just a few hours and it looked amazing! Use this company!Service: Standard cleaning

We are very happy with Reliable Carpet Cleaners. We have used them for several years and we have always been very satisfied with their service.A recent pet "errors" in our home prompted a call to have Reliable come and clean the carpets. They were very understanding and called me when an earlier appointment opened up due to a cancellation. The crew of Alec and Alyssa came exactly on time, were so helpful, and pleasant to work with and did an amazing job! They went the extra mile to make sure our issues were taken care of. I absolutely give them 5 stars!!!

Thank you for great customer service and a fantastic job on my rugs. Starting from my first call, and i can't remember the lady's name ,all the way to Mr. James who came out to do the rugs. The lady keep me informed on when they were exactly coming to the home so i didn't have to wait. When Mr. James arrived, he filled me in on exactly what he was going to do and how ...told me what to expect and how he was going to do everything...He protected my wood floors and corners. He was done almost exactly by the time he said he would be....I can't say enough about how professional he was at his job...thank you Reliable!!!
