We’ve been in our Kappert constructed home for two years. I’ve built 5 new homes in my life and the Kappert team was by far the best I’ve worked with. Especially when making my numerous change requests. The quality of materials used is higher than most other contractors we evaluated before deciding on Kappert. I especially liked their one year warranty on new homes. Didn’t make any difference how small my issue was, Kappert scheduled and fixed the problem promptly. Ann and Steve are great to work with, and Steve Kappert will build you a quality new home.
