“The visit started off in a very bad way. The technician (male) was rude, aggressive, and combative. I had asked for my natural nails to be trimmed before the application of the tips. He did so, but not without me further pushing the matter and insisting on it. Then, as the tips were being applied, some were very askew. I asked for this to be rectified and was again met with resistance. Finally, as I attempted to explain to him that one of my fingers can't bend correctly, and asked why he was acting this way and he just up and left. However, all that aside, I was quickly placed in the hands of another technician. Amy was amazing, thorough, detail oriented and friendly. Despite her letting me know that she hadn't previously done this shape/style, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I would see her again without hesitation and would recommend her to my friends and family if they were looking for a nail tech. AMY, YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOM“
