SSM Health Medical Group Pediatrics

We had a nurse visit for 2 shots.... we waited for 45 mins. The place was packed so much that a fellow patient that was seizure prone had to ask for a safe place to wait that was less hectic/noisy. I felt awful for this family.We were giving paperwork while waiting by the receptionist to fill out consent for both shots being administered... with no explanation or the information sheets provided that required I check off that I received. I requested them prior to signing the forms, which I did finally receive. Staff is very friendly & the care they give you is phenomenal. Visits are very quick and informative. They involve you with the care decisions within your child(ren) & make sure you're beyond satisfied with the decisions that are made. They answer any questions you have & explain the things you don't understand. Definitely recommend!
