Great people to deal with. My ac motor went out. They fit me into their busy schedule and came out the next day. Worked with my warranty company and took care of everything. Will be using them for everything hvac related from now on. 5 stars

From the previous reviews, I was hesitant to call. I'm glad I did though! I had no trouble getting through to someone on the phone. She was extremely helpful. When the guys showed up, they were polite and professional. I had requested that they let me know how much before repairing anything and they did. Their service call fee is included in the repairs. You don't pay it on top of the repairs like another place I had called and priced from Peoria. They were very affordable and didn't try to upsell me anything. They did what they said they were going to do and everything is back to working and functioning as it's supposed to. Super happy and will gladly recommend them...read full review

Used them for my home warranty during the summer. Had to call them three times, no one ever called me back. When they finally did decide to come out, they were very nice and professional. Left a message with Lady who answered the phone about two weeks ago to get my furnace checked for winter and as of today they still have not called me back to let me know when they can come out.
