we hadn't had hot water in 2 weeks. and they came in and got the darn thing started. they were great. very nice showed us how to restart it and made sure everything was working right. They also were here on Aug. 3 instead of Aug 4th. just took a shower and ran the dishwasher. It was a blessing. told me too call them of it goes out again. because then they can order the part they think it is if it goes out. also took a picture of the ignitor. thank you all very much.
