Melanie done a great job on my hair. She even faded my beard with my hair. I know that should be standard, but unfortunately a lot of people forget about that and she was on it. I highly recommend her

customer service is great I also like the new Great Clips app if they are crowded they send you a reminder on your phone to let you know when you have a 15-minute wait especially works out great when your local because then you can go on with your day and go back up there when they send you a reminder the woman that did my hair did pretty great tonight she was awesome
