I drove to the VA Behavioral Health Center the other day because I needed some help and didn't know where to go. I explained to the young lady working the front desk that I didn't have an appointment and she recognized right away that I was going through something. She didnt ask a bunch of questions and said that she was going to take care of it and found someone. I was nervous just to show up but the staff here put me at ease and I was able to get the help I needed. I am very grateful for the Clinical Care Coordinator and the lady working the front desk for recognizing BH symptoms and confidently knowing what to do.The VA gets a bad wrap but I feel like this facility...read full review
