“We had fairly significant hail damage on our roof. We had a recommendation from a friend about Roof Pro solutions. Josh ( estimator) arrived on time checked things out and gave us some data. We called our insurance carrier who sent out an adjuster. Josh met with the adjuster ( a guy he didn’t know) Josh sat in his truck and as needed moved ladders for the insurance adjuster. After the adjuster left Josh told us to wait and see what the adjuster said. Josh had already indicated we had damage. It was visible on the roof and all over the ground. Josh gave us a rough estimate at the time. 2 weeks later our insurance said our roof was damaged and provided us an estimated payment. Josh said they could work with the payment and installed a new roof on house and garage.
Now the Roof pro crew showed up. Been in construction my entire life. Never seen guys work this hard. Our yard was spotless after the work. Every nail, shingle, piece of anything was cleaned up. Our house had a complex many faceted roof. Josh’s crew worked extremely hard and did an amazing job. So good my bro in law had is damaged roof done a block over. The entire process was way beyond professional. The crew worked like no group of guys I have ever seen. Their work was extremely good. They were efficient in and out in a day and a half. That included replacing damaged gutters. I have seen several roofers in our area. To be honest they look like comedy teams compared to Josh and Roof pro’s folks. You need a roof you’re crazy if you don’t get these guys. And no this is not a paid advertisement. I actually bought the beer at the end of the day.“
