I met with Jackie with Marengo-Union Funeral home to check out what it would cost for my final expenses. I know my mother has pre-paid for her final remains so I thought I would do the same so my daughter wouldn't have to worry about it when the time comes.
Jackie was very nice and didn't pressure me into anything. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Abbie and Allie help us to put on a beautiful service for our mother. We were very happy with their professionalism and compassion.The funeral home itself is in desperate need of updating and repairs. For example, the carpet squares in the main showing room are wore out and need to be replaced. The 2nd or smaller bathroom should be an embarrassment to the company. It looks like something out of the 50's with stained and leaking sink. A stained dirty looking toilet with a cracked toilet seat that has obviously been that way for a while.

I would like to give my sincere thanks to the beautiful service Marengo union funeral home did for my husband Gregory’s memorial. Everything went smoothly and was beautiful! A BIG THANK YOU to Wyatt! He was very easy to work with, and was very gentle and kind. He did a great job!
