Over the last few years, we have had Newman roofing come out and address our occasional roofing needs. They were always prompt in their response, did exceptional work, and were very transparent and we always felt comfortable working with Dan. Unfortunately, the contractor who installed our roof back in 2006, did a subpar job and the problems got to a point where we could no longer address them with repairs. Dan helped us navigate the Warranty process with GAF to get some money back for a new roof and we decided to move forward with having the roof replaced. Also, they informed us there was a program called roofs for troops, we would qualify for a debit card rebate. We were unaware of this, and it was nice to know they were looking out for us. As good consumers, we did have several other vendors come out and provide quotes on a roof replacement. The feedback every one of them provided on the issues with the roof matched up exactly with the feedback Newman roofing had been giving us over the last couple of years. In the end, it really came down to we had a history with Newman roofing, felt extremely comfortable with their work and they were always straight with us on the condition our roof was in. It just happened to be that they were the most competitive quote as well, not that this would make much of a difference. I cannot say enough about this company. For anyone who is looking to replace and or repair a roof, I hope this review helps you make this decision. It is a great company and has great people working for them.

I contacted this company along to get quotes on a new roof for our stable. This company was the first to supply quote and after meeting with 3 others narrowed it down to 2. Chose Jerry Newman roofing because they were 2nd best in price, but most professional. So glad I chose them. They started early morning and didnt stop until dark but got it all done in one day and with skylights,wood replacement, rain & Ice shield, that must have been a challenge. Highly recommend them!
